Cafe Yumm! is known for its fresh fusion cuisine and accompanying line of healthy, convenient take-home products. This first stand-alone restaurant, a collaboration with AWJ Architects and a team of consultants, required adhering to strict corporate design standards to communicate the company’s goal of promoting a “deeply nourishing lifestyle.”
Hopper Design was responsible for the exterior and interior concepts as well as the interior documentation. We combined two schematic ideas for the exterior and developed a front-of-house layout for the interior. In the final phase, we put together schedules and drawings for inclusion in the architectural construction documents.
